各位黃笏南校友:根據黃笏南法團校董會校友校董選舉指引規定，因校友校董候選人等於校董空缺數目，故此本年度無須進行選舉，李志榮先生自動當選成為新一屆校友校董。因三月十四日黃笏南校友會年會未能達致法定人數,現謹定於三月廿九日下午二時半在大圍新翠村校舍再次舉行,請踴躍出席!

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the adjourned annual general meeting (the “Adjourned AGM”) of WFNAA – Wong Fut Nam College Alumni Association (the “Association”) will be held at  Wong Fut Nam College, Sun Chui Estate, Tai Wai, Shatin, on Sunday, 29  March 2015 at 2:30pm for the following purposes:

1.
To receive and, if thought fit, adopt the minutes of the Annual General  Meeting 2014.

2.
To receive and consider the financial statements of the Association for the year ended 31 December 2014 and the report of the President, if thought fit, adopt the financial statements.

3.
To elect and appoint the members of Executive Committee of the Association to hold office until the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting of 2017.

4.
Any other business

The Adjourned AGM is convened in accordance with the Article 7.3.2 of the Association’s constitution, which states: “ …If within half an hour from the time appointed for a general meeting of the Association a quorum is not present, the meeting of convened upon the requisition of members, shall be dissolved; and in any other case it shall stand adjourned to the same day in the next week, at the same time and place or to such other day and at such other time and place as the Executive Committee may determine,  …”
